Location: Andover, CT
Design-Builder and Constructor for the comprehensive renovation of this circa 1950s health center at the WFSB Channel 3 Kids’ Camp. The single-story, wood-framed campers’ health center is fully ADA accessible, enabling the camp to support children with disabilities. The project was funded in part through KBE’s 50 Ways to Make a Difference philanthropic program.

KBE donated all project management services, along with demolition, carpentry, and site excavation services. The project also received significant funding from the Petit Family Foundation.
