Mike was named President of KBE Building Corporation at the age of 32 and has since guided the firm through exceptional growth, even during challenging economic times. He drives the firm’s in-depth strategic planning process and consistently challenges every KBE associate to continue to grow and develop into strong leaders and top performers. Mike graduated with a BS in Construction Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has worked in the construction industry since 1984, when he joined KBE. In 2007, Mike acquired the firm along with Eric Brown (retired) and Simon Etzel (retired).

Jim was named Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President in 2015. He oversees KBE’s Field Operations, Preconstruction and Estimating, as well as long-range strategic planning for the firm. Jim’s construction industry career began in 1986, working on projects in New York City and Long Island, among other locations. He joined KBE in 1996 as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Project Executive. He received his BS in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Timothy O’Brien has driven KBE’s long-term growth since joining in 1996. He became Chief Financial Officer in 2009, Executive VP in 2015, and a Principal in 2017. Today he leads finance, administration, and strategic planning with clarity and integrity. A Bryant University graduate, Tim shapes KBE’s disciplined and trustworthy approach from the inside out.

Robert (Bob) Dunn joined KBE in 1999 and serves as Vice President, in‑house General Counsel, and Principal. With degrees in Architectural Engineering and Law, Bob manages contract negotiations, risk oversight, and dispute prevention. He strengthens partnerships and safeguards project success through clear leadership and proactive counsel.

Anthony Maselli joined KBE in 2013 and rose to Vice President of Field Operations after starting his career as a Project Superintendent. Holding a BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Central Connecticut State University, Anthony leads field operations across the Northeast with precision, discipline, and steadfast commitment to excellence at every build.

Antonio “Tony” Mancini joined KBE in 1994 as a project superintendent and advanced to Vice President of Field Operations and Principal by 2017. Holding degrees in mechanical and construction engineering technology, Tony leads operations across the Northeast with clarity, rigor, and a focus on nurturing strong relationships on and off the job site.

Steve Boscardin has led KBE’s Western region since joining in 2018. With over 35 years of construction experience in the Phoenix market—as a Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and Director—Steve brings seasoned leadership, process discipline, and client-first focus to every project. He holds a BS in Engineering and Management from Purdue University.

Andrea Comstock‑Tague joined KBE in 2017 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources, leading all organizational development. With a bachelor’s in education from Arcadia University and a master’s in organizational psychology from the University of Hartford, she champions the people behind the work and builds a culture where everyone belongs.

Cort Darling joined KBE in 2018 and now serves as Regional Director of KBE West, overseeing field operations and client relationships across the Phoenix region and Western U.S. With a BS in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and over two decades in the field, Cort leads with presence, insight, and steady excellence.
