    A 42,000 sf modernization and interior fit-out of UConn’s existing dining facility, including the reconfiguration of servery and seating zones, addition of a new service elevator, sculptural timber stair linking levels, rooftop mechanical upgrades, and full refresh of finishes and equipment.

    Western Connecticut State University, Centennial Hall & Parking Garage

    A 128,000-square-foot residence hall with 338 beds and an adjacent 450-car parking garage, delivered on an accelerated 10-month schedule using prefabricated systems to meet tight deadlines.

    A multi-year, $53 million campus-wide improvement initiative with over 300 projects completed, including code upgrades, major renovations, and LEED-certified buildings — all executed on a fast-track summer schedule.

    Recipient of the Best in Show Award from Associated Builders & Contractors – Connecticut, the Project Achievement Award from the Construction Management Association of America, and the Partnered Project of the Year – Ruby Award from the International Partnering Institute.

    A 22,000-square-foot, timber-framed boathouse on the Housatonic River, built on piles and featuring custom wood interiors, storage for racing shells, and facilities for Yale’s men’s and women’s rowing teams.

    Connecticut College, Shain Library

    A 41,000 sf renovation of the existing three-story library plus 4,600 sf of additions—featuring a new three-story entrance, expanded windows, and upgraded mechanical and electrical systems—all executed with zero injuries, zero claims, and completion three months ahead of schedule.

    Awarded the Excellence in Construction (Institutional) by Associated Builders & Contractors – Connecticut, along with the “Best of the Best” Safety Award and Spirit Award.

    Sacred Heart University Community Theatre

    A 22,000-square-foot restoration and transformation of a century-old vaudeville theater into a dynamic performance and entertainment venue. Work included a new stage and balcony, modernized building systems, exterior façade repair, interior demolition to studs, new seating, mezzanine gathering spaces, green rooms, and audiovisual upgrades.

This unique stadium installation demanded tight logistics, creative staging, and exacting standards under extreme timelines.
