Our Challenge: Elevated Expectations in Senior Living

Senior living today demands more than bedrooms and corridors. It demands hospitality‑grade finishes, healthcare‑grade systems, and amenities that support lifestyle, security, and dignity. For Maplewood at Princeton, KBE — in partnership with Moseley — needed to deliver high‑end materials like stone veneer and Hardie siding, extensive millwork, and feature‑rich common spaces. The project demanded strict schedules and budget parameters.

KBE’s Solution: Precision Build Meets Elevated Living

KBE’s field teams implemented structural steel on concrete foundations with light‑gauge metal stud framing and coordinated high‑end interior finishes. The building features abundant amenity spaces — a library, salon, theater/chapel, game rooms, teaching kitchen, and a secure 6,400‑square‑foot courtyard garden. By aligning systems early and maintaining rigorous coordination, KBE delivered both efficiency and design excellence.

Impact: Living Spaces That Serve and Inspire

Maplewood at Princeton isn’t just built — it’s crafted for aging‑in‑place, community engagement, and tomorrow’s senior‑home standards. With upscale finishes, wellness amenities, and memory‑care design‑elements, the facility offers residents the freedom to enjoy life with dignity. At KBE, we don’t just build what matters — we help our clients deliver what matters.
