KBE Building Corporation has wrapped up an impressive nine-phase expansion and renovation at Jefferson’s Ferry Life Plan Community in South Setauket, NY. This major project added beautifully designed residential units and revitalized common spaces, all while keeping the community fully operational.

KBE Building Corporation has officially broken ground on Mozaic Concierge Living, a new Life Plan Community in Stamford developed by Mozaic Senior Life. Spanning 483,888 square feet on a 15-acre site, the community will include 164 independent living residences and 42 care units for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
