Serving as Construction Manager at Risk, KBE Building Corporation partnered with Benchmark Senior Living and the project team to deliver a welcoming environment that balances comfort, accessibility, and specialized care. As Benchmark's first community in Westchester County, the development represents an important addition to the region's growing senior living landscape.
